If you are having trouble remembering your password or would simply like to change it, please use the following steps listed below.
Reset your password
- Visit the Password Reset page
- Enter your email address and click Recover Password
- Check your inbox for the password reset email (please allow up to 15 minutes)
- Click the reset link in the email
- Type in your new password and click Update Password
Note: If you do not receive the email, we recommend checking your Spam/Junk folders. You can also add us to your Safe Senders list. Please click here for instructions on how to do this.
Change your password
- Log in to your Coinmama account
- Click on Profile & Security
- In the Update password section, fill out your old password and preferred new password
